Because it is an internationally growing company where you have the opportunity to contribute a lot and feel that you make a difference.

What opportunities and challenges have you had in Seadrill?
We have grown a lot and very fast, so there is still much to do on the corporate side to catch up but that's what's is exciting about Seadrill too. You learn new things all the time and the managers trust you and your capabilities.

Anything you specifically enjoy?
One day is never the same as the day before as there is always something new happening. Plus, we are a relatively small group at the headquarters and we have an open-door informal atmosphere, so you can just talk directly to the people who have the information you need.
