To prepare training material content and arrange planned MPI onshore & offshore training courses for current Operations and prepare for New Build Programme Teams.

General:

Report Preperation & Recording Training & Optimisation Programme:
Exception Reports
% of Work Orders Planned Maintenance
Safety Critical Overdue Maintenance
Work Orders Not Closed Out
Overdue Work Orders
Overdue Work Orders at Parts shortage
Overdue Work orders with Parts assigned.
Review Open Corrective Work Orders
Review Maint Data Entry
Review Costs for Accuracy & Completeness
Review Action Codes for correctness
Review workload: Maint & Storemen
Daily Average Expense
Maintenance Repair & Operating Cost Reports.
PM Workload For One Year Report.
Ex equipment registry and maintenance tasks.
Instrument calibration registry and maintenance tasks.
Safety valve registry and maintenance tasks.
Hose registry and maintenance tasks.
Asset Control
Warehouse Management
Inventory Control
Inventory Stock Card Status ( Max/ Min, Criticality, BOM)
Inventory Additions
Inventory – No Issues
Tubular Control
Review Quality & Consolidation of Rig Generated Requisitions.
Open Requisitions
Open PO’s
PO’s Processed not Approved
PO’s Expedite
Inventory: Cycle Counts and Full Physical Inventory
Review Cycle Count Transactions
MPI Reporting & Quality
MPI Directives ( Policy & Procedures)
Sarbanes Oxley Compliance
FCPA Compliance.

Requirements:
Advanced Understanding of MPI processes and supporting tools. .(IFS, Star, Oracle & C2C)
Mentoring of Storekeepers ,Maint Teams & Buyers
Min 8 Years experience within an MPI Environment within Oil & Gas Industry
