To act as a resource in the general compensation and benefits area, enhancing the company's policies and standards for all divisions within compensation and benefits.

- Facilitate alignment and standardization of offshore terms & conditions within and between asset driven markets
- Monitor market and obtain information on market level within compensation and benefits
- Give recommendations for changes to remuneration package
- Maintain salary matrices for offshore employees
- Business Partner for HR Managers and Leads with regards to compensation level for international offshore employees.
- Obtain market trends and recommendations from regional HR functions for further development of terms and conditions
- Promote and maintain alignment in practice between operational regions within own area
- Administer annual merit reviews
- Maintain and develop template employment contracts, employee handbooks and other plan documents for compensational elements
- Obtain market data and maintain geofactors in relevant geographical locations
- Maintain list of complete remuneration package for all international onshore expats.
- Perform duties as instructed by manager
