Seadrill has together with its partner Stavanger offshore technical college(SOTS) developed a new educational programme for our personnel. Technical college petroleum is a training programme, which has an stipulated duration of 2,5 years.
The programme aims at educating drilling technicians, which is grade between skilled workers and engineers. Drilling technicians will have sufficient professional competence to supervise operational personnel onboard drilling units.
