Chief Executive Officer and President
Anton Dibowitz was appointed Chief Executive Officer in July 2017.
Anton has over 20 years' experience in the drilling industry and joined Seadrill in April 2007. Prior to his most recent appointment he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer and previous to that he worked as Vice President Marketing and Commercial Director, Deepwater Western Hemisphere Division.
Prior to Seadrill, Anton held various positions within tax, process reengineering and marketing at Transocean and Ernst & Young LLP.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin where he has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and master's degrees in Professional Accounting (MPA) and Business Administration (MBA).
Anton is a US citizen and resides in London, England.
Chief Operational Officer and Senior Vice President
Leif Nelson was appointed Chief Operating Officer in July 2015. He has over 18 years’ experience in the drilling industry most recently as Vice President Operations Performance.
Prior to joining Seadrill, Leif held various operational positions for Transocean. Leif sits on the board of the Well Control Institute.
He holds a BSc in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
Leif is a US citizen and resides in London, England.
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Torsten Sauer-Petersen was appointed Senior Vice President, Human Resources in August 2017.
He joined Seadrill in February 2011 and has over 20 years’ experience in the drilling industry, most recently as the Vice President Human Resources for Africa, Middle East and Asia.
Prior to joining Seadrill Torsten held various Human Resources positions within Maersk Drilling.
He holds an MBA from the International Institute of Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Torsten is a Danish citizen and lives in London, England.
Senior Vice President, Eastern Hemisphere
Mr Reid Warriner was appointed Senior Vice President, Eastern Hemisphere in January 2019.
Reid has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
Prior to Seadrill Reid held the position of President, OilSERV Drilling Group. Before that he worked for Schlumberger for over 15 years where he held various senior line management and functional positions around the world.
He holds a BSc in Engineering from the University of Calgary, Canada.
Reid is a Canadian citizen and resides in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Senior Vice President, Commercial
Matt Lyne was appointed Senior Vice President in January 2018.
He has over 15 years in the drilling industry most recently serving as Vice President Marketing, Eastern Hemisphere.
Prior to Seadrill, Matt held various positions at Transocean in operations, projects and general management.
He has a BSC in Engineering from the University of Montana.
Matt is a Canadian and British citizen, resides in the UK.
Chief Financial Officer
Stuart Jackson was appointed Chief Financial Officer in July 2019.
Stuart has over 20 years’ experience in CFO roles at LSE, NASDAQ, OSE and AIM listed companies, including offshore and oil field services experience having served as CFO for Bibby Offshore, CEONA Pte and Acergy SA.
He holds a BSc in Accounting & Financial Managment from Loughborough University of Technology and is a Fellow at the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Stuart is a British citizen and resides in the UK.
General Counsel & SVP
Sandra Redding was appointed General Counsel & SVP in September 2019.
She has approaching 20 years in-house legal experience in the oil & gas sector including most recently serving as General Counsel of the Dubai government owned operator Dragon Oil.
Sandra has also worked as in-house counsel to Gaz de France (now Engie) and RWE Dea (now Ineos) in the UK North Sea and across their international portfolios. She is qualified to practice as a solicitor in England & Wales and in Queensland, Australia.
Sandra is a British, Australian and New Zealand citizen and resides in the UK.
Senior Vice President, Strategy and Transformation
Duke Bajenting was appointed Senior Vice President Strategy and Transformation in October 2019.
He joined Seadrill in November 2013, and has over 15 years of professional experience across different sectors, most recently serving as Vice President Strategy and Projects.
Before joining the company, Duke started his career in Procter & Gamble and then worked as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company.
He holds a BSc in Business Administration and Accountancy from the University of the Philippines-Diliman and an MSc in Finance from the London Business School. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder.
Duke is a Filipino citizen and lives in London with his family.
