Modern Slavery Statement for Seadrill Management Limited (“SEADRILL”)

This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the “Act”) and sets out the steps that Seadrill has taken during this financial year and continues to take to mitigate the risk of modern slavery or human trafficking within our business and supply chains and to identify and address any concerns that may arise.

INTRODUCTION FROM THE CEO

Seadrill carries out its operations in accordance with internationally recognized human rights standards and supports the UN’s Declaration of Human Rights and its work to end forced labor, discrimination, and child labor. Seadrill is committed to continuing to improve our practices to combat slavery and human trafficking.

ORGANIZATION’S STRUCTURE

Seadrill is a leading offshore drilling contractor employing highly skilled employees across the globe. We operate through a global structure, enabling us to provide an extensive, specialist, coordinated and cohesive service. Our operations are split into four main operating centers in the USA, Angola, Brazil and Norway and our corporate management office is located in Houston, Texas, USA.

OUR BUSINESS

Seadrill is one of the largest offshore drilling contractors in the world and our aim is to unlock oil and gas for the benefit of our customers in the safest and most efficient way. Our versatile, modern fleet of drillships, semi-submersibles and a jack-up operate in shallow to ultra-deepwater areas in both harsh and benign environments.

Our fleet is one of the youngest, most modern of all the major offshore drilling contractors. We are recognized for providing the highest quality operations, in some of the most challenging sectors of offshore drilling.

OUR SUPPLY CHAINS

Seadrill’s supply chain includes logistics, equipment and services for our rigs and associated services required to maintain our business. Our supply chain is headquartered in the United States, with representatives supporting operations globally.

Seadrill’s Supply Chain function, with the assistance of Compliance, applies a risk-based onboarding process to assess supplier’s suitability to provide services, financial viability, sanctions exposure, adverse media, and other relevant risk factors.

OUR POLICIES ON SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING

Seadrill is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business.

Our commitment to ethical business conduct and respect for human rights is reflected in our Code of Conduct, which is communicated to employees and supported through mandatory Code of Conduct training. We also maintain policies and procedures designed to promote ethical business practices, compliance with applicable laws, and the reporting of concerns.

DUE DILIGENCE PROCESSES FOR SLAVERY AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING

Seadrill’s approach to due diligence, including the prevention of modern slavery and human trafficking, is proportionate and risk based.

Suppliers undergo a risk-based onboarding process which includes screening for sanctions, adverse media, and other integrity risks. Enhanced due diligence may be conducted where higher risks are identified.

SPEAKING UP AND REPORTING CONCERNS

As part of our commitment to identifying and mitigating risks, we operate an integrity reporting channel (the “Seadrill Integrity Channel”), which is administered by an independent third party and overseen by Seadrill’s independent Compliance.

The Seadrill Integrity Channel enables employees, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to raise concerns regarding actual or suspected misconduct, including concerns relating to human rights, force labor, modern slavery or human trafficking.

Reports may be submitted anonymously. Concerns may also be raised directly with management, or through Seadrill’s HR, Legal or Compliance functions.

Seadrill prohibits retaliation against any individual who raises a concern in good faith.

SUPPLIER ADHERENCE TO OUR VALUES

We require our suppliers to adhere to standards consistent with our values and expectations regarding ethical business conduct and respect for human rights.

We have included a section confirming our zero-tolerance attitude towards slavery and human trafficking in our Code of Conduct. We shall only work with suppliers who commit to operating to the same standards as outlined in our Code.

To reinforce this, we have introduced mandatory anti-slavery clauses into our supply chain contracts and issue a Supplier Code of Conduct to our suppliers.

TRAINING

All employees receive Seadrill’s Code of Conduct and are required to complete mandatory Code of Conduct training, which reinforces Seadrill’s commitment to ethical business practices, human rights and the prevention of modern slavery and human trafficking.

Targeted awareness training may also be provided to personnel involved in supply chain management, compliance and other functions that may be exposed to elevated human rights risks.

Seadrill’s Business Partner Code of Conduct is provided to new suppliers during onboarding to communicate our expectations regarding ethical conduct, compliance and respect for human rights.

By communicating these standards internally and externally, Seadrill seeks to promote awareness of modern slavery risks and encourage responsible business practices throughout its operations and supply chain.

This statement constitutes Seadrill’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending December 2025.
