An industry leader in how we manage our carbon emissions and take action on climate issues

Seadrill has reported into the Carbon Disclosure Project since 2012 and we are proud to be an industry leader in terms of how we manage our carbon emissions and take coordinated action on climate issues. Learn more in our most recent CDP report.

Code of Conduct

The Seadrill Code of Conduct is our guide for doing the right thing in business. It uses a principles-based approach covering health, safety and the environment; our people; our partners and suppliers; governments and communities and protecting our assets.

Our goal is to provide a safe working environment to prevent any major accidents.

Environmental Policy

Our goal is preventing accidental discharges and to operate in an environmentally sustainable manner.

Rig Recycling Directive

Once a rig has reached the end of its lifecycle, Seadrill recycles its assets using responsible and ethical practices in accordance with the 1994 Hong Kong Convention.
